As a volunteer for The Online Food Pantry Corporation (TOFP), I confirm that I perform services for TOFP without compensation and I am not an employee or independent contractor for TOFP. I know and agree that while providing services, I may sustain personal injury or property damage or may cause the same to others. I agree as follows: I accept and assume all risks of personal injury and property damage that occur while volunteering, and I waive all claims against TOFP and its officers and directors of and from any liability not caused by the direct actions of TOFP or its officers and/or directors. I confirm that I am aware that TOFP does not carry any health, medical, workers compensation or disability insurance coverage for its volunteers. As an adult driver, I am aware and accept responsibility to have automobile liability insurance as required by law on my vehicle or any vehicle that I operate while performing as a volunteer. Further, I acknowledge that it is my responsibility to maintain a valid driver operator license and take full responsibility to have a valid license and automobile insurance when I drive as a volunteer.
